     The importance of regular physical activity is gaining its rightful recognition all over the world as science advances and spreads its benefits from illness prevention to performance improvement in sports with more efficiency and safety which, all together, reduce the time needed for the development of an adequate physical conditioning.

     Regular physical activity can lead us to benefits exactly in the same way as a medicine, which has been prescribed with the right dosage for each individual, taking into consideration their limits, needs and objectives. In the same way as with a medicine, getting to the desired benefits or to damaging consequences depends on the dosage. Therefore we need to make use of exercise physiology in order to evaluate physical work capacity, deliver a precise diagnose on the conditioning level and determine the most adequate training intensity in each working session.

     That’s our mentality. We hope to have you joining our physical conditioning program, and most importantly we hope you to join us in our ideology. We believe that as an individual- sedentary, practitioner of some physical activity or athlete of any modality- you should get a differentiated training and it is our objective to give you that through an individual development analysis.
